Fontista Control
Free · online or as an appProof a font one glyph at a time. Every glyph shows up in all its weights, between its metric lines and inside a word. Space approves, X flags; at the end, a JSON file lists what still needs fixing.
- Masters or weights side by side, and the glyph inside a word set by the font itself.
- All from the keyboard: Space approves, X flags, N adds a note, / jumps to a glyph.
- Successive passes: after the fixes, only the flagged glyphs come back, with the old outline dotted over the new one.
- Zoom into the drawing and place marks: a small circle and a note on the flaw, carried over to the next pass.
- Joins (key L): letters two by two, set by the font itself; joins that make a corner, a knot or a gap are measured and flagged.
- The review exports to JSON and imports back, from one version to the next.
